It’s show tiiiime! What to expect from a show night at The Purple Peacock

We have visited Purple Peacock quite a few times as their shows and the energy, the music, and the atmosphere are always electric; quite frankly, every night here feels like a carnival.
And talking about a carnival – Carnival de Peacock was actually the very first show we got to see here and we knew it would be a place where we’d come back to over and over again.
And that we did – we actually went back to see their Coyote Wild, Viva Las Vegas, Motown, and Pirates of Peacock shows, and each of them was as fantastic!

I loved the Viva Las Vegas one because it’s like a combination of all the iconic Vegas residencies in one show including Britney and Cher. Motown included all of the classics we love and it was equally as good to sing along to.
But it was the Coyote Wild show that I was watching with my mouth open – absolutely unreal!

So I was super excited when they announced their newest, Pirates of Peacock show and it was definitely one of my favourites to date!
I loved the choreography; the dancers were as amazing as usual (the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders would be proud of the jump splits!), but I found this show to be slightly different to all the previous ones as it had some funny elements (their own take on Irish jigs in particular) which I really enjoyed!

More than a show. Every night is different – and you might be part of it!
As always with Purple Peacock shows, the crowd participation adds to the fun of the night, and while I prefer to watch, if you’re brave you can take part in dance battles and drinking games, a bit of karaoke, and whatever else the team comes up with for a particular show. The great thing is – it is always different. Whichever show you go to, you can never predict what will happen, which is so great about this place.

Signature cocktails that match the show
As it is a bar, drinks are a big part of the night.
The drinks at Purple Peacock are usually themed around the show, so – again – you never know what to expect, which is super fun.

They obviously have the classics like the margaritas but then you get the themed drinks like the mermaid martinis – which was my fave for the pirate show.

Dinner and a show – Purple Peacock food highlights
You can also dine here as you watch the show. The food is just as good as the shows! My particular favourites were the teriyaki salmon which was mouth wateringly delicious and Cesar salad tacos were a surprising culinary combination I never knew I needed it my life. Tacos – gooooooood. Cesar salad – gooooooood.

And their crispy fries and corn were nice to snack on while we watched the show so I’d definitely get them again.
Why we love coming back to The Purple Peacock
- I always say – if you’re looking for a night where you can eat, drink, and be entertained without having to bar hop, this is a place to try.
- The dancers are fantastic, I am always in awe of their routines – just makes me want to take dance lessons every time l watch them; so, so talented!
- What I also love about Purple Peacock is that every seat feels like the best seat in the house because you’re so close to the stage, it makes the experience even more special!
- Each night is a surprise, you never quite know what to expect. And it is always fun.

Why you should book a night at The Purple Peacock
If you aren’t into bar hopping and want a super fun night out where you’re being entertained throughout the whole evening, this is definitely a place you’ll enjoy. Whether it’s for a fun night out with friends, a work night out, hen party, or just something different to do for a date night, I would definitely recommend Purple Peacock.

The Purple Peacock truly has it all and I already can’t wait for their next show to be announced!
