Festive dining at 3Sixty
It may be only September but 3Sixty is ready for the festive season — and we were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at their Christmas offering. We are regulars at 3Sixty (read my previous review here) and I was excited to try their festive dishes.
As part of the showcase we tried a trio of cakes: carrot, chocolate, and Christmas cake. All absolutely delish and guaranteed to put you in a festive mood (and leave you in a bit of a food coma – so so good).

Christmas cocktails you NEED to try
We also had a little taster of festive cocktails — a Bellini, Kinder Bueno cocktail, and a gingerbread martini. The martini in particular was like Christmas in a glass, sweet and spiced, super delicious and super festive.
Festive menu at 3Sixty Newcastle
The festive menu itself looks fantastic.
For appetisers, we tried prawn and cucumber canapés, along with duck and cranberry on brioche buns. Both were lovely, but what really screamed Christmas was pigs in blankets.

My menu highlights include:
- Beetroot carpaccio – light, fresh, and with just the right balance of earthy and tangy flavours.

- Smoked salmon terrine – smooth, rich, and with a super generous portion.

- Beef wellington – perfectly cooked, wrapped in golden flaky pastry. And the gravy? Wow wow wow!

- Portobello wellington – I try a lot of veggie alternatives and this was – hands down – the best veggie festive dinner I’ve had. Ever. Absolutely 10/10. It was super tasty and there were so many delicious pecans in the stuffing. Absolutely my jam
