My full body massage experience

I booked in for a full body massage at City Aesthetics Clinic, and I can’t recommend this enough. If you’ve been feeling a bit run down, tense, or just need a bit of a pamper – this is for you.

What you need to know before you book City Aesthetics Clinic appointment

• The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and calming – I guess it does a great job making you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in.
• Staff were friendly and professional, and the whole experience from start to finish felt really thoughtful and well put together.
• My therapist checked in before starting, asked about pressure preferences, and any areas to focus on

• Relieves muscle tension and improves circulation – perfect if you sit at a desk all day
• Helps reduce stress
• Can improve sleep and boost energy – I slept soooooo well that night

City Aesthetics Clinic is located at 5 Saville Place, 1st floor, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8DQ. The closest metro station to City Aesthetics is Monument Metro Station, just a 3 minute walk away. The nearest car park is Saville Place Car Park, located on Durant Road, approximately a 2 minute walk from the clinic.

Tips for visiting

• City Aesthetics Clinic regularly runs offers. Some current highlights: 30-minute back, neck and shoulder massage for £25 (reduced from £30), Free 30-minute spa voucher with a dermaplaning treatment

• Arrive 10 minutes early to enjoy the peaceful waiting area and decompress

• Wear comfy clothes so you can stay in that post massage relaxed state

• Avoid booking anything too active afterwards – I felt like I was walking on clouds

• Gift vouchers are available too, which make a thoughtful treat for someone in need of a little pampering.
