Why we enjoy Queen of Tarts bakes:

  • Consistent quality and delicious taste. If you order the cupcakes – you’re in for a surprise. Eat them slightly chilled to really appreciate the filled centre. DELICIOUS! We enjoyed a couple of orders now and tried the cupcakes, bento cakes, biscuits, and they are all consistently tasty. Every time.

  • Beautiful decorations on each cake – big or small. Fatima decorates them all by hand, with some intricate designs. They all look gorgeous. And fun! I am particularly excited for next Halloween as her last year’s designs were super fun.

  • Friendly service – if you follow Queen of Tarts on Instagram, you will surely enjoy all the fun baking-related reels and memes in Fatima’s stories. I am not a baker, but those stories keep me entertained, ha!

  • Themes are on point. If you’re a millennial, you will appreciate the themes that Fatima constantly comes up with. My favourite so far was The Office US cake (I am absolutely Office obsessed!) and the Friends Valentine’s designs (it doesn’t get any more iconic than ‘You’re my lobster’, does it?). But if you’re after something more classic, the flower designs on her recent Mother’s Day cakes were timeless and beautiful.

  • Keeping up with all the current trends. Her bento cakes are UNREAL! Our recent box included one of them and it was adorable! Just a perfect size too.

Tips for Ordering

• Try something new. I normally go for chocolate cupcakes which are my faves, but our recent order included some vanilla ones and oh my goodness! I never thought I’d appreciate vanilla anything as much! Just delightful.

• Wherever possible, order in plenty of advance, as Fatima does get very busy, especially if you need your cakes and sweets around special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Eid, etc.
