Why this place became our go to
Once we find a spot we enjoy, it very quickly becomes our go to – and Scott and Wilson Noodle Bar is officially one of those places.
The place has such a lovely, cozy feel; it’s such a great spot for a relaxed evening meal. Easygoing vibes, friendly staff, and food that’s always delicious!
They always have new menus and deals on and I found it to be unreal value for what you get.
Some of our menu highlights from previous visits include:
- BBQ chicken wings
- Buffalo cauliflower

- Pepperoni pizza

- Beef shin ragu rigatoni

- Hot honey and camembert garlic bread

- Clucking Christmas cracker burger

- Yuletide turkey jammer pizza

- Winter berry bread and butter pudding

A brand new menu at Scott and Wilson Noodle Bar
They recently introduced a brand new menu which is more Asian cuisine focused, but as delicious as their previous menu!
This time we tried:
- Salt and chilli squid. Loved the light, crispy coating without feeling greasy or heavy.

- Bao buns with sweet and sour prawns. Great as a starter or a small plate to share tapas style. Great flavours and I really loved how crispy the prawns were.

- Why aye pad Thai Made with brown ale, this was super flavoursome. A huge portion too! You can fully customise your stir fry and add whatever you like from the huge ingredient list which is so cool!

- Tonkotsu ramen. Lovely broth with your choice of pork belly, fillet steak or king prawns, served with beansprouts, marinated egg, sweetcorn, spring onions, ramen noodles. It’s definitely my kind of happy food – super comforting especially in current weather 🤣

- Banana fritter. I said this before, the dessert choices here are always really nostalgic! This time was no different. The fritters were beautifully crispy on the outside and a great texture combo with the ice cream. Lovely dessert!
