Best for: pancakes, souffle pancakes, American style pancakes, crepes
Thinking about going out for pancakes this Tuesday? Here’s the best places to get your pancakes from this Pancake Day (and any other day of the year!)
• Fluffy Fluffy Newcastle – best Japanese souffle pancakes. Read about them here.

• Crepes Gourmet – if you’re a fan of crepe style pancakes, these are the best! The savoury ones are just the best I’ve had! Read about them here.

• Geisha Newcastle – their breakfast is only served on weekends, so if you’re celebrating Pancake Day early (or late!) this year, try these. Read about them here.

• Love Lilly Sunderland – American style fluffy pancakes. Just delicious.

• Eat Clean Whitley Bay – if you’re health-conscious but still fancy a pancake this Pancake Day, those are the ones to go for! Delicious pillows of fluffiness.

• The STACK Seaburn – the pic is from our pre-food blogging days, so forgive the quality! But the pancakes are gorgeous, we’ve had them here many, many times!
