We stayed in one of their luxurious hideaway rooms, and it was absolutely gorgeous – beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed that made for the best night’s sleep.

We opted for the dinner and breakfast package, and the food did not disappoint. The portions were generous, and everything was freshly prepared and delicious. One standout feature was their pizza oven and open kitchen concept, where you can watch the chefs in action – it’s like dinner with a show, and definitely my kind of theatre!

I opted for crispy potato skins followed by classic fish and chips, while Ryan chose a tasty prawn salad and a freshly baked pizza. For dessert, we enjoyed in the richest sticky toffee pudding and the “dessert of the night,” which was an incredible twist on an apple pie – both were absolutely delicious!

The breakfast experience was another highlight, with a selection of continental options and a hot Northumberland breakfast menu, including à la carte choices. The quality of the food was top-notch, and every little thing was simply delicious.

We also took some time to explore the beautiful hotel grounds, the indoor pool, and, of course, made sure to check out the bar for a drink before our evening meal.
